So on Saturday we put on our woolies and set off for the the trip to St Helens to visit the World Of Glass. We had such an amazing day and learned a ton of stuff about glass and even got to watch some glass blowing

We learned all about the history of glass with artifacts dating back to Ancient Egypt from 3000 years BC. We saw Glass from all around the world across many centuries, and saw how glass has played a very important part in our everyday life.

We also learned what made St. Helens great from its humble beginnings to its rise a world leader in Glass making. But St. Helens isn’t only Glass, there was a thriving coal community. Plus you can find out what the connection is between a cold remedy and classical music.

We had such a great day, check out our pictures below
